Qiu Jianlin is the founding chairman of the Hong Kong Hangzhou Entrepreneurs Association and is recorded as chairman of its second governing council in the 2023 inauguration publication. The same publication identifies him as Chairman of Zhejiang Hengyi Group Co., Ltd.
Since the Association’s formation in 2018, he has championed it as a platform for Hangzhou businesses in Hong Kong and Hong Kong businesses in Hangzhou, advancing cooperation in trade, talent, innovation and public service.
